Simon Manning

Simon leads our Leeds and Newcastle audit practice with over 19 years of experience, and specialises in working with multinational groups particularly in the manufacturing and high technology sectors. Simon works with public (fully listed), AIM, PE backed and Private Companies.

Simon has extensive experience of working with clients under UK GAAP and IFRS and has lead a number of IFRS conversions for his public clients in the past. In addition to this he has acted as Reporting Accountant on a number of IPOs, has significant experience of leading Due Diligence engagements as well as other M&A activities.
