David Watson
David is one of the founding partners of WSB and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2003. Specialising in the capital markets and investment consultancy, David has been involved in major complex strategic funding deals as well as providing more general investment acquisition and disposal advice on real estate assets for a wide range of clients from funds, property companies and private investors who benefit from well informed, objective, independent investment advice. David’s principle markets are Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North East although he has undertaken a number of transactions outside of these areas.
