Consultation begins on 453-acre Humber International Enterprise Park Development plans

A consultation detailing planning proposals for the development of a 453-acre Humber International Enterprise Park is to take place next week.

Local residents are encouraged to attend ABP’s public consultation sessions on Monday and Wednesday. It is one of the largest port development sites in the UK and has the potential to attract major distribution and manufacturing operators which will create significant employment and inward investment for the region.

ABP Humber Head of Property, David Morriss, said: “It’s important we work hand-in-hand with the local community and offer an opportunity for them to be able to shape and influence the design of this major development site.

“We’re currently in early conversations with major occupiers that could potentially transform this into the most significant distribution and manufacturing hub in the North of England.”
