Second phase of £40m PRS scheme unveiled
Plans have now been revealed for the second phase of a £40m private rented sector (PRS) urban village development in Far Headingley.
The first phase of Spinning Acres, so called in a nod to the area’s textile heritage, comprises two, four and five-bedroom rental properties.
With a departure from the family homes focus, phase two of the development, called Cloth Halls, features 31 one and two-bedroom apartments built over three floors.
