EP UK Investments Limited (EPUKI), an energy company primarily focusing on power generation from conventional and renewable sources, has signed on to take the remaining 20% of office space of the building.
EPUK has taken a 10-year lease to occupy 6,250 sq ft of office space on the ground floor.
