New £1m national HQ for recycling business
A national recycling business is expanding its operations in Hull after acquiring a new £1m manufacturing space on the Sutton Fields Industrial Estate.
The former Sutton Manufacturing Solutions factory, located on Rotterdam Road at the junction with Amsterdam Road, which had been marketed for £1.25m by PPH Commercial, has been snapped up.
Standing on a 3.18-acre site, the deal for the 51,500 sq ft facility is the largest completed for a single property on the Sutton Fields Industria...
