A reserved matters planning application for a speculative 55,000 sq ft industrial unit, called ‘MV55,’ has been submitted for Markham Vale.
Sheffield-headquarteted Henry Boot Developments (HBD) has is looking to develop the unit at Markham Vale, a 200-acre industrial and logistics development located at Junction 29A of the M1, a joint venture between HBD and Derbyshire County Council.
