Victorian railway station sells for £145,000 above asking price

A railway station dating back to 1854 has been purchased for £250,000 - £145,000 above the asking price.  Sheffield-based Mark Jenkinson and Son has sold Chapeltown Central train station after arranging 100 viewings. The station went under the hammer with a guide price of £250,000 but sold for £395,000.
