Trio of businesses sign up to city centre office scheme
33 Park Place, an office scheme in Leeds city centre, is set to welcome three new businesses.
A total of 13,450 sq ft of space has been taken at the office building, which is situated in the city’s commercial district.
Property Alliance Group, which completed the trio of deals, is currently refurbishing 33 Park Place.
UST Global, a US-based digital technology solutions and service provider, has chosen the office building for its first Digital Technology Hub in the UK.
