New law firm launches in Leeds

A new firm dedicated to Court of Protection, community care and mental health law has launched in Leeds. Solicitors Conor Maguire, Kate Jackson and Lauren Crow have left Cartwright King to establish their own practice, MJC Law. The newly-formed firm will represent patients detained in hospital under the Mental Health Act, provide advice about community care provision and representation before the Court of Protection in personal welfare matters.
