Used car supermarket gets into gear with new 48,000 sq ft facility
Used car supermarket Motordepot Ltd has agreed a new 10-year lease on a 48,007 sq ft industrial unit on New Potter Grange Road in Goole, East Yorkshire.
The industrial unit, which has been extensively refurbished by the owner, is positioned on a four acre site.
Motordepot will use the site as a pre-sale inspection and testing facility to supply multiple showroom locations, creating around 100 new jobs.
Previously occupied by Timloc Building Products, the site is currently owned by industrial property investor Hansteen Hold...
