Bramall Lane shortlisted to host Women’s Euro Championships
The Football Association has named Sheffield United’s home of Bramall Lane in its bid to stage the UEFA Women’s EURO 2021 in England.
The FA has said that the bid will provide a commercial and profiling boost to the area as the tournament attracts a large print and broadcast media audience across Europe as well as overseas visitors and players and officials from 16 countries.
