North Yorkshire site snapped up for housing

A 1.4-acre site in a North Yorkshire village has been snapped up for housing and development is now underway. Law firm Shulmans,, acting on behalf of Cromsdale Property Group, advised on the completion of the purchase of the Pickhill site near Thirsk. The site has planning permission for five detached houses. Construction has now started, with the first homes ready for occupation in early 2019.
