A city centre office block adjacent to Sheffield's Heart of the City phase II development has secured its first tenant.
Westfield House on Charter Row is owned by Westfield Health and provides 80,000 sq ft of high specification city centre offices over eight floors and following an extensive investment programme, Bluestone Credit Management has been secured by Knight Frank as the first tenant.
