Leeds-based developer Eshton has snapped up a prime unit at Normanton Industrial Estate as it looks to capitalise on the surge in demand for quality rental properties suited to industrial and logistics sectors.
The 24,000 sq ft unit on Tyler Close comprises more than 3,000 sq ft of office space spanning two floors and 20,750 st ft of warehouse space, with minimum clear height of 6m to underside of haunch, complete with two loading doors and the added option to install a further three, if required.
