Work on multi-million-pound housing development scheduled to start
Yorkshire house builder Loxley Homes is preparing to start work on a £20m housing scheme later this summer.
Planning permission for the 12-acre site was secured last month for the 80 house development, consisting of 32 affordable homes and up to 48 two, three and four bedroom houses.
