Former York Toys R Us store sold in £30m estate deal

The former York Toys ‘R’ Us store has been sold as part of a deal to dispose of six of the collapsed retailer's properties. The store, located at Clifton Moor Centre, formed part of the Duke Portfolio. The series of deals are worth £30.5m in total. Asset and property management company, FI Real Estate Management, announced the sale along with properties located in Cardiff, Liverpool, Plymouth, Shrewsbury and Woking totalling 222,319 sq ft of retail space.
