338 new homes to be built as part of hat-trick of development site sales
A hat-trick of sales across three residential development sites will lead to the delivery of 338 new homes in West and East Yorkshire.
The largest of the hat trick of sales negotiated by Cushman & Wakefield is a 20-acre plot of surplus land owned by Hull & East Yorkshire NHS Trust.
The land opposite Castle Hill Hospital in Cottingham has been sold to Persimmon Homes., which is proposing a scheme of 180 dwellings to include two, three and four-bedroom homes.
