New Asda chief executive to take helm in 2018
A new CEO is to take the helm at Leeds-headquartered Asda in January.
Roger Burnley is to take on the role of Asda’s president and CEO from January 1, CEO of Walmart International Dave Cheesewright announced.
Burnley returned to Asda as chief operating officer and deputy CEO in October 2016, joining the board following Sean Clarke’s appointment as president and chief executive in July 2016.
