Speakers
Nick Moody is a founding partner of Harrogate-based property development firm Newby, a firm which focuses on a range of regeneration projects and names the Cocoa West and Ryedale House schemes among those it is currently leading on.
Jonathan Shires is senior director of office agency for leading real estate firm, CBRE. He has been instrumental in securing major relocations and new operations for a host of major organisations, notably Hiscox’s pioneering £19m offices in the Hungate area of York.
