Severn Trent properties sold at LSH online auction

MIDLANDS utility Severn Trent has sold a former reservoir site in Worcestershire for £97,000.

The Coventry-based business also sold another three of its former sites at an online auction staged by property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).

The redundant Severn Trent Water reservoir and building at Stonehall Reservoir, Stonehall Common, Kempsey, attracted 88 bids when it went under the virtual hammer in a 24-hour online auction.
