Greater Birmingham at MIPIM 2015: Delegation seeks partner for key brownfield site

BIRMINGHAM City Council and the Canal & River Trust are looking for a new partner to spearhead the development of one of the city’s major regeneration schemes.

Icknield Port Loop is the largest brownfield residential site in the city. Having formed a Limited Liability Partnership last year, the local authority and trust are hoping to secure a private sector development partner to take a 50% share in the venture.
