MIPIM 2014: Greater Birmingham targets investors with huge Icknield Port Loop scheme

INTERNATIONAL investors at the world’s largest real estate show, MIPIM, will today be offered the chance to become part of the biggest brownfield residential development in Birmingham.
 
In partnership with the Canal & River Trust, Birmingham City Council will reveal to MIPIM exhibition delegates that 55 acres at Icknield Port Loop, to the west of the city centre near Edgbaston Reservoir, will shortly come to market.
