International Trade: Midlands companies seize export opportunities

MIDLANDS companies taking part in an exports round table discussion organised by TheBusinessDesk.com have shown their willingness to seize upon opportunities to sell their good and services overseas.

Businesses large and small spoke of an appetite to trade overseas at the event held at accountancy and advisory firm Baker Tilly’s Birmingham office.

Adam Shuter, managing director of Rugby-based distribution firm Exact Logistics, admitted that going down the export route for him was based on seizing an opportunity.<...
