Talking Business: Accord call centre staff crowned best in the Midlands

CALL centre staff from West Bromwich-based housing association Accord in West Bromwich have been crowned the best in the Midlands in a regional competition.

The group’s Customer First Contact Centre was named as the ‘Best Contact Centre of the Year - Under 50 Seats’ in the Midland Contact Centre Forum Awards 2013.

Launched four years ago, the contact centre has grown quickly, extending its opening hours and handling more than 90,000 customer enquiries a year.
