State of the Region 2013: Has the picture changed 12 months on?

BUSINESS leaders in the West Midlands, Yorkshire and the North West were united this time last year in their belief opportunities still existed for growth.

The hundreds of respondents to TheBusinessDesk.com's annual State of the Region survey were also adamant that each region was still a good place to do business - but many warned that others in the UK were better.
