MANUFACTURERS expect to reduce output over the next three months, while the level of orders overall remains relatively flat, the CBI has said.

The business organisation said that out of 409 firms responding to its latest monthly Industrial Trends Survey, only 19% were expecting to increase their output volume over the course of the next three months.
