The first of the 1,150 homes planned for Port Loop in Birmingham will go on sale this weekend. The news comes days after the site’s developers, Urban Splash and Places for People, unveiled their vision and masterplan for the major regeneration scheme which they are delivering alongside Birmingham City Council and the Canal & River Trust.
