Construction consultancy in planning team landgrab
Construction consultany Ridge and Partners has acquired Cheltenham planning consultancy Hunter Page Planning for an undisclosed sum.
The deal will add 20 staff in Cheltenham to Ridge's 47 in Birmingham. It has around 600 people operating nationwide.
"This is a landmark moment for Ridge," said Adrian O'Hickey, senior partner at Ridge.
"We are a dynamic company aspiring to grow further and this acquisition marks a critical move in achieving our ambitions.
