Elaghmore acquires Dublin based Alucraft Group
Elaghmore Partners LLP , the Leamington Spa based Private Equity firm, has bought Alucraft Group, Ireland's leading designer, manufacturer and installer of architectural glazing systems, for an undisclosed sum.
Alucraft, which has offices in Dublin and Tamworth, employs around 200 people and was founded 40 years ago.
