Worcestershire food firm wins £50m contract

Kanes Foods of Evesham, already the biggest private employer in Worcestershire, has won a three year contract worth £50m to supply ready-to-eat salad bowls to a leading UK supermarket. Kanes CEO Steve Corby said: " We are delighted to have been awarded this new business and all credit must go to the team who have worked very hard to secure a long term commitment from a major new customer for Kanes."
