Female chairmen for Marston’s and Paragon
Paragon Banking Group has chosen Fiona Clutterbuck, currently its senior independent director, to be its next chairman.
She replaces Bob Dench, who stepped down after 14 years following his appointment as chairman of The Co-operative Bank in March.
Nigel Terrington, Paragon's chief executive, said: "We carried out a thorough and independent appointment process and it was clear that Fiona was the best candidate to become Paragon's chairman."
