Chris Loughran has become the High Sheriff of the West Midlands
A former practice senior partner at Deloitte in the Midlands has been declared as the new High Sheriff for the West Midlands. Chris Loughran, who is currently deputy chairperson for Greater Birmingham & Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership, has taken up the one-year role following an official ceremony at the Queen Elizabeth Law Courts.
