Hortons’ Estate submits plans for new industrial scheme

Birmingham property company, Hortons' Estate has submitted plans for a new industrial development in Worcestershire. The company is proposing to build more than 50,000 sq ft of industrial space at Vale Park in Evesham. It said the scheme was in response to the shortage of industrial space in the county. Hortons has applied for planning to Wychavon Council to build a single 15,000 sq ft unit and a further 39,000 sq ft of smaller units, which will be built on a speculative basis, ranging in size from 3,500 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft. ...
