Developers reveal apartments plan for Birmingham canal wharf
A new apartment scheme is set to be constructed on part of Birmingham’s former canal wharf.
Developer Inland has submitted plans to the city council for 87 apartments at Sherborne Wharf, off Sherborne Street.
The plans proposes the demolition of existing buildings on the site, with the exception of Psonex House, and their replacement with two new buildings, which along with the retention and change of use for Psonex House, would provide for the new accommodation.
