Multi-million pound industrial regeneration scheme set to create hundreds of jobs
A massive regeneration scheme in the Black Country planned to create up to 500,000 sq ft of prime warehouse and industrial space is underway.
The redevelopment of Vaughan Park in Tipton could ultimately support hundreds of new jobs.
CEG secured planning permission for the regeneration and is now managing the speculative development of the first phase of units.
The first phase will consist of up to five units totalling 80,000 sq ft. The first of these will be ready for occupation later this year.
