WMCA boosts senior management with appointment
The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) has strengthened its senior management team with a new appointment.
The super-council has appointed Dr Henry Kippin as its director of public service reform.
He joins the WMCA on a full-time basis having served as its interim director, working with West Midlands Mayor Andy Street to take forward the region’s plans for devolution and locally-driven change.
