Developer targets further investment in mid-size boxes as demand remains strong
A Midlands developer is to continue targeting the mid-sized warehouse sector while strong demand dictates the direction of the market.
Barberry has already this year announced developments totaling more than 780,000 sq ft in Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Bristol, providing units from 30,000 sq ft to 105,000 sq ft.
The company says there will be further announcements in the New Year as it looks to continue to invest in high quality industrial and warehouse schemes in areas where there is urgent demand.
