Clegg Construction has completed work on a major redevelopment and refurbishment project for a West Midlands university. Nottingham-based Clegg Construction was awarded the £4.5m contract for the work in the Main Building at Aston University in Birmingham city centre. It involved the remodelling of existing under-utilised space and transforming it into new laboratories for the Aston Institute of Photonic Technologies, for its ongoing research into fibre optic communication.
