Charity acquires Midlands properties as part of national restructuring

First aid charity, St. John Ambulance has acquired two properties in the Midlands as part a restructuring of its national portfolio. The charity has acquired a 6,361 sq ft office in Leicester on a 10-year lease, and a 16,032 sq ft industrial unit in Birmingham, again on a 10-year lease, with a five-year break clause.
