Developers have taken the wraps off a multi-million pound speculative development in the Black Country.
Walsall-based Goold Estates is developing a range of industrial and warehouse units at the Steelpark Trading Estate, Wednesfield.
To attract potential lettings Goold invited property professionals and business organisations from across the West Midlands to view the progress made on site.
