Workwear manufacturer in £5m buy-out deal
A Staffordshire clothing manufacturer has undergone a change of management following a £5m investment deal.
Private equity firm Rockpool has invested the funds into Tamworth-based workwear manufacturer Wearwell UK to enable it to take advantage of new opportunities.
The buy-in-management-buy-out (BIMBO) sees Richard Wright, former vice president of international workwear supplier Kwintet, join Wearwell as its new chief executive.
