MBO at Derby mortgage advisory firm
The managing director of Derby-based Smith Cooper Independent Mortgage and Financial Advice (SCIMFA) has completed a management buyout from parent company Smith Cooper.
The firm was founded in 2015 and offers mortgage and finance advice for individuals and companies.
The MBO was led by Suzanne Bradshaw, who has changed the name of the firm to Mortgage and Finance Arena.
