Developers plan 800 homes to regenerate Birmingham brownfield site
Up to 800 new homes could be built on a 12-acre brownfield site in Birmingham following a multi-million pound investment deal.
A collaboration between Apsley House Capital and Galliard Homes has seen the two companies acquire the Soho Loop site, near the City Hospital, from City and Provincial Properties.
The joint venture teamed up with Claremont Property Group to purchase the site and the plan is now to create a vibrant new canal-side community.
