Veterinary group undergoes significant expansion with new acquisition

A Solihull-based veterinary group has expanded its UK presence with a new acquisition. The Linnaeus Group has acquired Village Vet, which operates more than 20 practices in London, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, including a dedicated referral centre. The deal takes the combined number of sites in the Linnaeus Group to 57 and is in line with its strategy of expanding through the acquisition of carefully-selected practices across the country.
