West Midland developer IM Properties is to invest £26m in a scheme to create 209,000 sq ft of speculative new industrial space in the vibrant M42 corridor. The Coleshill-based developer, which recently announced it was investing in the first spec-built offices on the M42 corridor for a decade, has followed this with the launch of Connexion, a campus of five industrial units ranging from 30,000 sq ft to 56,500 sq ft. The units, at IMP’s Blythe Valley Park scheme, should be ready for occupation by the third quarter of next year...
