Trio of lettings at Greenwood Business Park
CANNING O'Neill has secured three lettings at Greenwood Business Centre in Salford Quays.
Six Degrees Social Enterprise, which supports people with mental health issues, has taken 3,595 sq ft space on the second floor of Southwood House on a five-year lease.
In separate deals, Grays Architecture has signed up to 409 sq ft and Entertainment Box has taken 202 sq ft.
Greenwood Business Centre in Regent Road has three buildings with a total of 36,000 sq ft.
