Conferences ‘to bring £61m’ to Manchester
MARKETING Manchester said it has encouraged 40 national and international associations to choose Manchester for their conferences this year.
The body anticipates the events will bring 34,000 delegates and an estimated economic impact of £61m.
It said life sciences will be a particular focus, with a host of national healthcare conferences visiting Manchester between February and May.
