Townsend signs up for Burnley Bridge

TOWNSEND Music has acquired a 10,000 sq ft unit at Burnley Bridge Business Park in Lancashire.

The business offers a range of services, from selling music online to distribution for record labels.

The 70-acre business park at junction 9 of the M65 is being developed by Leeds-based Eshton.

Around 97,600 sq ft is already occupied or under offer and the rest of the space, aside from the remaining two units at Magnesium Court, will be designed and built to occupier requirements.
