£2.4m for manufacturing skills

THE Manufacturing Institute is launching a £2.4m support programme for small and medium-sized manufacturers in the North West.

The institute said it will seek to improve skills at 900 firms over the next three years through leadership and management masterclasses. There will also be guidance and development on growth opportunities.
